HOT LUNCH
Hot lunch is ordered one month at a time towards the end of the month for the following month.
TO ORDER HOT LUNCH using your credit card:
1. Go to www.AmysPatioCafe.net
2. Click on the Hot Lunches link on the left of the page
3. Scroll down past the menu and click on the link to order for St. Monica.
Please be aware of the following hot lunch policies:
1. The form will be removed from the Amy’s Patio Cafe website on the first of the month.
2. All orders after the first of the month will be daily emergency lunches.
3. Daily emergency lunches are $4 each (big lunches are not available as emergency lunches).
4. Lunches will only be given to children who bring money with them to purchase lunch. Cash or checks only. Checks should be made out to Amy’s Patio Cafe.
5. If a child forgets to bring money, he or she will need to call a parent to get permission to receive a lunch.

Complete this form and put it in the Parent Guild file box outside the office to get credit for completion of service hours.
