Accreditation Report
Parents are encouraged to read the WASC/WCEA Report in preparation for the WASC/WCEA visit in March, 2008. Prospective families and any other visitors to our website are invited to read the report to learn more about St. Monica Academy as a wealth of information abou the school is contained in this report.

The Messenger
The Messenger is the weekly newsletter for St. Monica Academy families. It is sent home every Wednesday with the oldest child in each family. The Messenger is password protected. The password is in each copy of The Messenger and parents may call the school office to obtain the password.

Authorization for Release of Student Records. Form to request transfer of records from prior school.

 

Enrollment
Report of Health Examination for School Entry. This needs to be completed by the student's doctor by June 1 of the year prior to entry or as soon as possible after the family receives notice of acceptance to St. Monica Academy.

Coffee Program
Order coffee from The Supreme Bean and the owners, a St. Monica Academy family, will contribute part of the sales to the school. (The order form needs to be delivered to the school and the coffee picked up from the school, so this is mainly for St. Monica Academy families.)
