Process
Initial getting to know each other. Through a variety of means, parents and their student get to know the school and school personnel get to know the student and family. This includes some combination of the following: visiting the school website and reading printed promotional materials, attendance at an open house, a meeting with the Headmaster, and a tour of the campus.
Submission of an application. Parents and student complete the formal application and submit the required accompanying materials.
Family Application Complete this application for the first student applicant in your family.
Sibling Application Complete this application for the second student applicant in your family.
Authorization for Release of Student Records Complete one copy of this form for each student applicant and turn it in with the application(s).
These forms are in PDF format, which can be viewed by Adobe Acrobat reader. Click here to download Acrobat reader.
A complete application includes these forms and
- a photograph of each applicant
- a copy of each applicant’s birth certificate
- a copy of each applicant’s baptismal certificate
Further gathering of information about the applicant. This stage may include the following: staff review of the application and academic records; student visit to the class to which they are applying for a half or full day; staff administration of academic testing; and an interview of the parents and student.
Decision. The Admission Committee reviews the applicant’s file according to the admission criteria and makes a recommendation to admit without reservation, admit with reservation, or decline. The final decision on admission rests with the Headmaster.
Communication. The school informs the parents of the school’s decision to either admit or decline. If admitted, the school either offers an enrollment contract or places the student on the waiting list.
Enrollment. The school sends the family an enrollment contract. The parents sign the contract and return it to the school with a non-refundable registration fee. An office administrator signs the contract on behalf of the school and sends the parents a copy of the executed contract.

Wait List
The applications of all students who receive a recommendation to admit (either with or without reservation) and who cannot be offered an enrollment contract due to lack of space, are placed on a wait list until an opening occurs. The school then evaluates each qualified candidate and offers an enrollment contract to whichever candidate is the most appropriate, all factors considered.
