Admission Criteria

Because of the challenging nature of the classical college-preparatory curriculum, students applying to the high school must be of average to above average ability. Students applying to the grade school and parents of all students must display evidence of a serious commitment to scholarship and to growth in human and supernatural virtues.

St. Monica Academy welcomes families of all faiths. All students and parents must recognize, however, that the Catholic faith is central to the mission of St. Monica Academy and students must be willing to participate in the full range of activities at the school, including attending weekly mass and participating in prayers.

The applicant’s parents must understand and be committed to investing the time, effort, and money necessary both for their student’s education and for the support of the school. Qualified siblings of students already attending St. Monica Academy have precedence over new applicants.
